What is kimchi?

Kimchi is a collective term for vegetable dishes that have been salted, seasoned, and fermented. There are so many kimchi variations in Korea. We love the recipes that Hyosun makes over at www.koreanbapsang.com

We love included kimchi into our diet because of its flavor as well as its probiotic properties. Kimchi has a good source of useful lactic acid bacteria. It is said that kimchi has anti-oxidation and anti-cancer effects, and helps prevent aging.

I am not much of a writer, so I will just get right into the recipe.
